Sytem requirements

Papi written in C using the CPython interfaces, ATK or MSAA. Thus you will need at least

Python (>=2.3)
ATK (>=1.19.6) (only necessary for Unix/Linux)
MSAA (only necessary for Windows, ships with it)
the dependencies of the above packages
